Dr. Heidi Churgin is the President and CEO of Acupuncture and Advanced Aesthetics, Inc.
Dr. Heidi is originally from New York where she completed her undergraduate education in Accounting.
Dr. Heidi started her training in 1996 at Acupuncture Acupressure Institute in Miami, FL. During her training, she took an interest in disorders of the skin, based on Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) Theory and in 1999 founded Acupuncture and Natural Healing.
In 2013, Dr. Heidi decided to expand her knowledge of skincare, and electrology. She graduated as Valedictorian from Florida College of Natural Health. She is also a C.M.E., and C.C.E. and has experience with IPL and Laser.
Dr. Heidi founded Acupuncture and Advanced Aesthetics in 2013. This practice has quickly changed into one of the highest end skin care boutiques in the area offering a wide range of Acupuncture, Electrology, Chemical Peels, Derma-Planning, Micro-Needling and Advanced Skin Care based on Eastern and Western Philosophies using State of the Art Equipment.
An additional location was added in 2013, in Key Largo, Fl.
In her free time, Dr. Heidi enjoys all the wonderful outdoor activities South Florida has to offer with the company mascot.... Gloria the 9-pound Lhasa Apsa.
